About Brampton Football Club

Brampton Football Club (BFC) is an organization founded in 2010 by Coach Matt Youssef.

Coach Matt is the director of the club and posses over 30 years of soccer coaching experience, advanced techniques and practice. Coach Matt also posses a coaching license in he USA and Canada and is a Canadian Soccer Association’s certified coach.

Brampton FC is a recognized soccer academy with the Ontario Soccer Association OSA.

BFC aims to offer children fun, exercise and a chance to improve their playing ability, all within a safe and encouraging environment and free from the pressure that a win at all costs approach always brings. While it’s true that success is part measured by winning matches this is by no means our primary goal. We strongly believe in the long-term player development (L.T.P.D.) of the children and youth on and off the field.

Youth football has so much to offer, at our club we create a positive atmosphere which we hope breeds confidence and self-esteem in our young players. This is the only way they can achieve their full potential and be the best that they can be. We do our best to keep the costs involved to a minimum, so that participation and inclusion is not affected by financial circumstances.

Football is an extremely passionate game even at grass roots level and there are moments when we can all find it difficult to contain our emotions. However, at BFC we strive to encourage each other as managers and parents to promote fair play, respect and teamwork and to show a good example to the children playing the game on the field.
